When you work with Rooted In Wellness, you will improve strength, balance, and core stabilization through a variety of strength training methods. Some of these include bodyweight strength training, kettlebells, bands, balls and cardio kickboxing.
You will also improve flexibility, mobility and a sense of deep relaxation through a various yoga practices including yin and hatha styles of yoga.
