Primal Power-Ball Snacks (Makes 12 snack bites)

 ¼ cup cashew pieces
 ¼ cup walnut pieces
 5 large dates
 2 tbsp cocoa powder
 4 tbsp shredded, unsweetened coconut flakes (reserve 2 Tbsp for coating the outside of the snack and placing them in the bottom of the storage container)
 2 tbsp almond butter
 1 pinch sea salt

In a large food processor, mix all ingredients using the pulse setting or watching closely so the mixture doesn’t get too warm. The mixture should be thick like cookie dough. Spoon out small portions and roll them into 12 small balls. They must be rolled quickly or the heat from your hands will cause them to melt. Roll them in shredded coconut and store in airtight containers in fridge.
